Carol and Brent Thompson (July 22, 2010)
Congrats to Carol and Brent Thompson this past weekend on their wedding at Cardome in Georgetown, Kentucky. Although it rained a bit during the ceremony, we had an excellent time. In addition to the string duo, I played piano for the cocktail hour on the first level, then piano during the dinner, and DJ'd the rest of the reception. Other vendors involved were Donna Potter (excellent meal, btw) and Deanna Kaye Photography. Kudos Carol, Brent, Jon and Pat for a FANTASTIC wedding! -Kev
Lorn Danielle Stanley and Jeffery Mark Shepherd (July 5, 2010)
Congrats to Loryn and Jeffery Mark who were married this past Saturday at the Marriott here in Lexington, KY! Wow, what a large wedding! Our jazz trio played the cocktail and dinner music and I provided a ceremony PA. Other vendors involved were Julie Murphy (linens), Michele Landers (planning), Crist Creona (flowers), and Martine Holzman (cake).

Fabulous wedding this past weekend (June 26th)...Kristen and Jamie were married at Spindletop Hall here in Lexington, KY. I played piano for the ceremony, DJ'd the reception, and Erica (one of the bridesmaids) sang Ice Cream with me on piano (a Sara McLachlin song), which sounded wonderful. I really enjoy it when brides pick out interesting, non-standard songs - it makes the day so much more enjoyable! This still image was taken from some video I shot. Mike Bresnen was their official photographer along with his second shooter, Isabel Sam - both a *pleasure* to work with. FYI, Isabel will be moving to the Lexington area shortly, and I think she will be a great asset to the Lexington area. Congrats to Jaclyn and Travis who were married Saturday at The Carrick House in Lexington, Kentucky. Lundys provided the catering, Kim Ballard Ross did the flowers, I Dj'd the reception and provided a ceremony PA, and Brenda of Sugar Forest in Nicholasville, KY provided the cake.
