Official Web site: http://www.lexingtoncenter.com/Can hold LOTS of people. Overlooks Triangle park with lots of floor to ceiling windows and nice chandeliers. Triangle park is available for a small outdoor ceremony. They two ballrooms...the Bluegrass ballroom and Thoroughbred. Each has what they call a prefunction space. Included are staging/risers (if needed), linens, tables, chairs, dancefloor, silverwear and plates.

Price range: around $4,000 to $5,000 (depends on options)
Restrictions: must use Hyatt for catering. Alcohol is allowed (through the Hyatt)
