Historic Mansion located in downtown Lexington. Reception space as well as preparation areas for brides and grooms and ceremony spaces are available.

The Carrick House in Lexington Kentucky is located on Third Street Corridor in downtown Lexington!

We offer award winning catering and beautifully appointed ballrooms perfect for your special occasion.

Office hours are 10AM to 4PM. Four hour rental period. Included with rental are chairs, tables, white table covers, votive candles on each table, in house catering and use of grounds and main floor of mansion. Additional services can include coat check, bridal suite and private wine cellar dining.

Price range: Main Mansion First Floor/$250.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum The Green House/$500.00 required for guest counts exceeding 120 persons The Wine Room/$250.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum The above based on a 3-4 hour event and includes two hour set up and one hour post event removal.
