The Signature Club in Lexington, KY is built upon the landmark of the former Lansdowne Country Club. The Grand Ballroom (located in the upper level) offers wall to wall windows and French doors opening onto a large elegant terrace. At 4,000 square feet, the Grand Ballroom offers a marbled dance floor, wall-to-wall windows, and French doors opening onto an elegant terrace providing an additional 2,000 square fee which easily hosts additional guests outside. The Grand Ballroom is also a versatile space that can be closed off to accommodate your more intimate affairs and small business meetings.

Fees: $200 damage deposit

Restrictions: have to use Seasons Catering as your caterer
